I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I managed to get a good deal which made it affordable for me. I especially liked the convenience of the shuttle service to the Mall of America. However, the room temperature was a bit cool for my liking.

The rooms were exactly what we had booked, with amenities like a fan, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, and mini-fridge. However, there was an issue with being lied to about a refund check.
