I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel. The rooms were exactly what I was hoping for, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, just like at Residence Inn, and the morning breakfast was a delightful surprise. However, the space behind the TV could use some tidying up.

I had a great stay at this hotel, perfect for families. The rooms were nice and provided plenty of room and comfort. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who even went above and beyond to retrieve a forgotten laptop from our room after we had left for the airport. The location, although near road construction, was beautiful and very convenient, especially for those using the Norfolk airport. The dining options were good, with a variety available, and the facilities were well maintained.

My stay at the hotel felt like a home away from home, where I could host game nights, binge-watch TV, and cook meals for six guests. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and conveniently located near the elevator for our senior guest with a cane. However, being by the overflow drain and exposed to motorbike noise were slight drawbacks.
