The bathroom door did not close properly. the hinge seemed to be coming away from the wall, quite annoying. also, i found the pillows to be rather terrible. They were small and lumpy. they unfortunately gave me a bit of a stiff neck, not ideal before a long flight.

fermented juice basic bathroom

I found some problems . The breakfast was underwhelming, i would say the orange juice tasted suspiciously fermented. the room seemed smaller than expected and the bathroom was quite basic. It had NO tiles.

I found the hotel's proximity to the airport particularly helpful. the reception staff was really nice and offered assistance when needed. the breakfast included a Zumy machine. I definitely appreciated that detail. the family room was spacious enough for our needs.

A ventilation fan above the room entrance operated constantly, i couldn't turn it off completely. This was only a minor inconvenience though.

The staff members were always ready to help. check-in proceeded smoothly. the reception works non-stop. This is advantageous for late arrivals and early departures. i appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude.

free shuttle clean room convenient location

the location is convenient. a free shuttle is available to the airport and there is also a bus stop for connections to luxexpo and the city center (i appreciated this a lot). the room was nice and neat with plenty of outlets, including usb plugs. i also appreciated the fresh orange juice offered at breakfast.

the bar staff showed a very bad attitude and they were disrespectful (i believe this can give the hotel a bad image).
