The hotel has a fantastic location, close to the Pleasure Beach and opposite the South Pier. However, the rooms had various issues like a broken tap and damp smell, not suitable for a family of four. The staff made efforts to ensure our comfort indoors, but some improvements are needed. The dining experience was suited to our liking, and the homemade dishes were fine.

The hotel was a complete disaster from the moment we stepped into the room, with a tiny TV that didn't work, dirty and cold bedding, and a makeshift toilet-shower combination that barely fit a person. The lack of basic amenities like a lock on the window and the overall cleanliness made it a stay I wouldn't even consider for my pet.
