I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were uncomfortably hot upon arrival, with no AC and a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the night. The front desk was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to address these issues. The lack of customer service and poor room conditions made my stay unbearable.
