Upon arriving at the hotel late at night due to issues with our previous booking, we were pleasantly surprised by the tasteful and stylish decor of the rooms, although the lack of adequate lighting was a minor inconvenience. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location, in a quiet downtown business area near Chapultepec Park and the metro station, was ideal for us. However, the dining options were limited, and the facilities could benefit from improvement.
