Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had everything we needed, but the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming the next morning, though they did try to cover it up with air freshener. The amenities like the mini fridge, microwave, and cable were appreciated. The service from the staff was pleasant and competent, especially when we requested to change rooms. Overall, they were friendly and efficient, even though they lacked in-depth knowledge of local attractions. The location was convenient for a quick stopover during a long journey, but the surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy. Being close to Falls Park was a plus, with easy access to the highways, restaurants, and other amenities. The dining options were limited to a basic American-style breakfast, heavy on carbs and light on variety. While the facilities were sufficient for a short stay, the noise from traffic was a drawback. The value for money was decent, but it might not be ideal for a relaxing vacation.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a musty smell and felt like they had been smoked in, but the service I received was exceptional. The location was not the best, being in a rough area, but the dining options exceeded my expectations. Overall, there were some ups and downs during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although in need of updating and not meeting my expectations, did offer a nice spa tub for relaxation during our road trip. However, the strong chemical smell was a downside. The service was polite but lacked a certain outgoing charm, and some aspects, like entertainment ideas and housekeeping, were good. The location turned out to be convenient for easy access to highways and amenities, but the presence of homeless individuals was a drawback. The dining experience, while decent overall, lacked power to some appliances and variety. Despite these, the hotel provided a good value for the price paid.
