the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities.
I encountered a significant problem with the room temperature. It was excessively hot despite being march and i could not open the windows due to proximity to the airport. i found this particularly bothersome as i prefer sleeping in a cool environment. the lack of trolleys to handle luggage, especially for families, also created a huge inconvenience (especially when dealing with heavy bags and multiple young children).

the hotel's proximity to the airport made it convenient for my early morning flight. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water and the coffee machine in the room. the bus stop right outside the hotel (i think it was line 635) was a huge help for a quick trip to the terminals (especially with luggage).
the hotel bar did not offer a wide selection of cocktails.

the hotel is very close to the airport. the bus, specifically line 635, connects the airport to the hotel with departures every ten minutes (i found this very useful). the s-bahn station is about a ten-minute walk.

the staff was helpful in answering all my questions. i was allowed an early check-in, and this made a huge difference (i had been traveling all day). the hotel has a 24/7 shop too.

i stayed in a recently renovated room with a VERY comfortable bed and pillows! the complimentary water and nice coffee machine were great. check-in was easy, and i even got a late check-out at 2 pm without any issues. the staff was pleasant and accommodating!
parking cost 32 euros a night which i thought was excessive! also, there's no airport shuttle service! you must use public transport, not ideal with lots of luggage.

The room was quiet and decent sized. It offered very convenient access to the airport. I found the breakfast options good. a VERY short bus ride got me to the airport.
i notice only two carts exists for all hotel this don't make sense for airport hotel. I was with LOTS luggage and need to go back and forth several times to get all the luggage in room. The staff wasn't helping AT ALL.
