Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning could have been more effective. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is up to typical JW standards and offers comfortable rooms but needs a bit of sprucing up. The service was excellent and very accommodating, making our stay during an Irma evacuation much easier. The location is convenient for both shopping and accessing various attractions in the ATL metro area, although lacking a distinct atmosphere. The dining options were great, with a variety of breakfast items, but the overall experience may not meet all expectations.
