My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms had 2 KING beds and were comfy, but it took about an hour to become comfortably cool, and they were not spotless. I noticed noticeable ceiling cracks in both the bathroom and bedroom. The service was a bit inconsistent; while some staff were professional and provided extraordinary customer service, others were lacking in knowledge and made mistakes like mixing up orders. The location was convenient in terms of its proximity to the airport and a shopping center but lacked privacy and quietness due to being situated in a busy area with noise. The dining experience was underwhelming as the breakfast tasted like liquid eggs and was pricey. The hotel is dated and could benefit from renovation and updates.
