The airport shuttle was convenient. It was one of the key reasons I chose this hotel.
I was disappointed with the room temperature. I could not seem to control it. It was too hot.

The shuttle service to the airport was definitely quick. The room included filtered water. I found this awesome. The vending and water stations on each floor worked well.
The lady at check-in was rude I thought. The restaurant closes at 10pm. This is too early. No free breakfast was available, and the price seemed to reflect that it should be.

the staff was lovely and very helpful. i appreciated the restaurant and bar. the pool area it was very clean and such a dreamy location close to the airport and highway.
i had booked this hotel because of the beds being comfy. some of the pillows were rockhard and not so soft. my biggest problem i find was the washroom. there was not good water pressure.

This hotel is very quiet despite its proximity to the Airport. Rooms include a coffee station, a mini fridge, and a microwave. I found a good breakfast and dinner menu at the restaurant, even though it was closed for lunch. Access to the highway system is also convenient from this location (great for my needs).

I found the pool clean and open 24 hours a day. Staff were nice and seemed eager to help guests. The airport shuttle was right on schedule, which helped ease any travel stress. The hotel features a little shop where I could grab a tasty salad and sandwich for my room.
The front desk lady was notably unfriendly during check-in. I have met her before and find her consistently rude.
