My stay at this hotel was quite convenient as it had great wifi, a large number of TV channels, a very comfortable bed and bedding, a nice lounge area, Tim Horton's right across the street, and the airport just three minutes away. However, the room on the 2nd floor didn't look anything like what I saw on the website when I booked.
The hotel offers stylish and spacious rooms that are neat and comfy, with great Wi-Fi and a wide selection of TV channels. The service is extremely welcoming and professional, with a lovely leisure pool. The location is ideal for air travelers as it is very close to the airport and UBC University. The dining experience is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. Overall, a great choice for convenience and comfort.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean but pretty basic, with some being nicer than others. The staff's service was efficient and friendly. The location, perfect for an early morning flight, allowed me to start my holiday right before heading to the airport. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a nice setting. However, some improvements could be made in terms of room variety and breakfast quality.
I found the hotel to be very convenient, with the airport just across the street, a Starbucks next door, and several restaurants nearby. I chose this hotel because of its convenient location close to both Kelowna Airport & UBCO, and it was a decent stay overall. The rooms were nice, but I wish housekeeping had stayed a bit longer into the afternoon. The service was quick and friendly, although I had hoped they would show more interest in helping with printing boarding passes for an early morning flight. The dining experience was quite good and reasonably priced, and the hotel offers a 24-hour airport shuttle for added convenience. However, I found a few imperfections in the facilities, and the location was not perfect but still okay for my needs.
