The hotel is conveniently located in Lake Park, Georgia, close to Walgreens and various other hotels and shopping options right at the doorstep. The rooms had some issues with pests despite efforts to address it, but were furnished with 2 double beds. The location is decent for getting around, although some maintenance issues like a sour smell in the hallway were noted. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The convenience of the location was a major plus, being in downtown and close to the event I had to attend. However, there were cleanliness issues in the rooms and a sour smell that affected my overall experience. The dining options were very limited, but the staff was pretty nice and helpful.

The room I rented was not as clean as I expected. There was dirt in the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom. Additionally, something brown splattered on the wall across from the toilet. On the bright side, it was quiet considering the close proximity to the highway.
