adequate stay with some issues
broken power outlet safety hazard
the room size was acceptable it provided sufficient space for my needs.
i found a broken power outlet without a faceplate this posed a potential safety hazard the situation was not immediately addressed despite my concerns i expected a more prompt resolution.

Quiet and Convenient Stay
clean room comfortable bed really good service
The room was very clean. It faced the highway but was amazingly quiet. The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. Check-in was quick and easy. The general manager even helped us with our luggage right to our room. I am forever grateful for his friendly, kind helpfulness.
The pool was temporarily closed for repairs, disappointing because i was looking forward to using it.

The suite included two full bathrooms. The accommodation also features a kitchen and washer plus dryer for guest convenience. The room size was great. It was ideal for my family.

Fantastic Stay Near the Airport!
quick check-in staff recommendation really good service
The check-in process was quick I was settled in my room in no time! I requested parking inside and the staff recommended it right away. The General Manager even helped me find a staff parking spot when the lot seemed full and assisted with my luggage straight to the room. This service was really good!
The restaurant doesn't open early enough to grab a quick breakfast before some early flights.

There is a restaurant located in the lobby for convenience I noticed. I did not have a chance to eat there but it is very convenient for grabbing a bite. It features a nice menu .

This hotel provides a very good location near the airport with a matching shuttle service. The surrounding area had a park and everything looked clean and orderly. I enjoyed how close it was to the airport.

The staff at the front desk was fast and friendly. The service was great! A lady named Sonya was super helpful. I think she deserves high praise for going above and beyond to.

The family suite I stayed in was one of the best! Accommodation included two full bathrooms a kitchen and a washer and dryer. I found the parking area to be super safe and secure.

smooth checkin staff recommendation helpful general manager
My checkin was smooth! staff recommended inside parking for my extended trip. I couldn't find an open space though so i drove around. then the general manager waved me down and gave me a staff parking space. He even helped with luggage to my room.
the room was nice but the bathroom light was off! i had to change the room.
