I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were surprisingly quiet even though near the elevators, both inside the room and throughout the whole hotel and room, the continuous need to ask for more towels due to the dirty location was frustrating. Being close to the city and with good breakfast options was a plus, yet the hotel remodel left a less appealing after ambience. The dining options, particularly the complimentary breakfast, were decent but not outstanding.

Despite the need to ask for more towels constantly, the proximity to the city and various shopping spots was a definite advantage. The daily commute to the Light Rail station was convenient despite the use of strong cleaning products.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall, with clean and comfy rooms, extremely friendly staff, and a great location near major highways and plenty of shopping and dining options. However, the dining experience, while good, could have more variety, and some facilities were lacking.
