terminal connection separate shower comfortable bed helpful concierge
the hotel is connected directly to the terminal , so i could walk to my gate easily. the room had a separate bathtub and shower , which was useful. the bed was comfortable , allowing for good rest. i appreciated the helpful concierge who assisted with directions.
the lobby was a bit crowded during peak hours , making it slightly difficult to navigate.

the hotel is inside the airport , a great advantage for early morning flights. access to public transportation is very close , providing connections to the city. proximity to delta international made arrival and departure very convenient.

i stayed here for one night before an early flight. the room was very clean. it also felt very spacious. i found the proximity to the terminal convenient.
my room's shower handle was broken. it just spun with no clear stops. this made adjusting the water temperature difficult! the wait time for room service was quite long. i waited on hold for 20 minutes.

shower head design flaw
the hotel offered filtered water stations located on each floor it was adequate.
i found the shower head positioned perpendicular to the curtain was a design flaw. water spilled onto the floor after a short shower it required significant cleanup. this design lacked a floor drain in case of spills.

The room was spacious. It featured both a walk-in shower and a tub with jets. The service was also simple, including the food, check-in, and check-out processes.
Some bedside usb chargers didn't work. When I booked, I understood breakfast was included, but it was a credit only for one person. I paid for the room for two people including my teenager.

The hotel provided direct access to the departure gates. i appreciated the ease of reaching my flight without needing to leave the terminal. filtered water stations were conveniently located on each floor. This was a practical touch. luggage storage was available. I found it especially useful for managing bags.
i noticed that some of the hallway carpets showed slight signs of wear.

The hotel is directly inside the airport structure. I accessed it via escalators. the skytrain station is also adjacent, offering quick transportation downtown. this immediate proximity makes travel logistics easy.

beautiful day room delicious lunch friendly staff
I found a day room lovely. the bar offered a delicious lunch. It was very good. the staff were pleasant and professional. I felt very welcome. this hotel is ideal if you need to wait between flights. baggage handlers helped load our baggage cart. this made check-in much easier.
the restaurant food felt overpriced. i believe the salad was sweeter than any dessert. a burger tasted similar to one from mcdonald's. this did not match the high price.
