easy parking helpful staff complimentary treats efficient check-in
i found parking easy and convenient. the reception staff were very helpful! my room included tea, coffee, and biscuits, a lovely touch. checking in and out was smooth and efficient.
the bathroom was a little dated, but everything was clean and functional.

the staff were helpful and accommodating. they quickly arranged a taxi for me. the restaurant offered very good food and the staff there were very efficient (i especially enjoyed the welsh breakfast!).

the restaurant food was acceptable.
The bathroom door did not close. I had no privacy. the toilet paper was poor quality. the continental breakfast was below my expectations. I was hoping for some proper fresh fruit.

the staff was very friendly and supportive. the rooms were always clean. the beds were too. checking in and out was smooth without issues. i was even offered to pre-book a taxi to the airport for the next morning when checking in!
the hotel is a bit outdated.

Really good Hospitality Near Airport
amazing staff excellent meal numerous choices great breakfast
I arrived late evening, and the staff were amazing because the dining room was closing. They spoke with the chef and organised my meal. I had an excellent starter and main course. The menu had numerous choices. Compliments went to the chef. The breakfast included a superb selection of tea, coffee, and biscuits, things I value on a trip.
The room only had one available electrical socket, made charging my devices a bit tricky.

The receptionist was very friendly and cute. Her customer care was really good. The night porter was friendly when I checked out in the morning. I recommend this hotel for its individual hospitality.
