I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the island, although the dining experience was a bit lacking. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient.

Upon entering, there was a slight smell due to being closed up but once inside, the rooms were very spacious and well-kept. The proximity to parking and the pool was very convenient.

The service was top-notch, very responsive to requests, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. They may spend a bit too much time on booking activities at check-in, but this is due to high demand.

The location on the island was perfect for cutting travel time to different areas such as Poipu and Hanalei beaches. It was also close to supermarkets for convenience.

My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious with their own modem and kitchen, making them clean and roomy for the four of us. However, the room was not serviced with towels and garbage on the day we were told. The service was nice, though there were limitations. The location was excellent, being close to the airport and midway between Princeville and Koloa/Poipu Beach, helping cut travel time. The dining experience had its ups and downs, starting at 8.45 am and offering continental breakfast from the pool bar. The facilities were decent, but there were some inconveniences.
