Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Center, Milwaukee

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the arrival was noisy and the cleanliness was questionable, once the blinds were sorted out, the room became quiet and dark. Some updates are needed as not all lights were functioning and appliances were unplugged upon arrival.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms had stains in various places and a strong smoke smell, but they were spacious with excellent water pressure. The service was exceptional, with instant charge reversal and courteous staff. The location, despite some drawbacks like high temperature readings, offered ample natural light and proximity to the airport. The dining options were decent but needed quicker refills. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.

The hotel had good-sized rooms that were clean and connected prior to check-in, but the strong powdery smell and perfume were a bit overwhelming. The service was kind enough to check us in early while being friendly and efficient. The location was convenient to the airport and offered a bar on the property. The dining options had a variety of delicious choices but were a far walk from some rooms.
