I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were updated and clean, and I especially liked the sink outside the bath area, but the room felt more like a Queen suite and noise persisted until late at night. The service was very friendly and professional overall, but it was slow in the Bistro due to the presence of teenage boys soccer teams and a co-ed swim team. The location was convenient with easy access to shopping, Guilford College, and Interstate 40, but the surroundings were quite busy on a bustling street. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, and the organic section was rather meager. However, I truly appreciated the amenities provided.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great aspects. The rooms were large enough and very comfortable, but unfortunately, my room faced a busy street and was intensely noisy all night long. The service was a bit unprofessional at times, but they were also very friendly. The location was excellent for accessing our wedding venue and other supplies we needed easily, despite being close to the freeway. The dining experience was a bit of a disaster for the environment at a high cost, but the facilities offered were decent.
