the location was convenient to the airport. The free shuttle made travel easier. The staff at the front desk were generally friendly and efficient during check in.
the breakfast buffet was a letdown. the food seemed old and not fresh. the restaurant was understaffed, and I had to wait a while for service. the elevators were also slow and sometimes out of service. ONE time i had to use the stairs.
