I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were open to the outside, which I didn't expect, but they were clean and comfortable overall. Some promises made during booking were not honored, and there were spiderwebs throughout, which was a downside. The service was friendly and helpful; Bonnie especially stood out when I had to stay over due to a flight delay. The location was convenient to the outlets, the highway, and the airport, making it a safe area for a stopover. However, the shower pressure was very low, and sprucing up the place would be beneficial. The dining experience was below average; the breakfast was minimal and disappointing. Overall, the hotel had some positive aspects, like the friendly service and convenient location.

I wouldn't refer ANYONE to this place to enjoy themselves. The rooms have a stink and musty smell, possibly from upstairs water leaks, and feel like a cigarette pit. On the bright side, the hotel does offer rooms with 2 double beds.

The service was okay overall, but we did encounter a strange issue with one of the beds not being properly set on the frame, causing it to dip down on one corner. After some discussion, the staff, thanks to Wyndham, resolved the matter by involving a manager. However, there was a reluctance initially to provide us with two key cards.
