the staff was helpful with my luggage and arranged a taxi with a fair price. i had a wake-up call right when i needed it. they gave me a bottle of water, it quenched my thirst.
the halls carpet had spots that seemed worn.

The room was spacious and it was clean.
The staff played music throughout the night and kitchen sounds were audible it was difficult to sleep well. The staff were abrupt upon arrival. The overall experience started poorly due to this initial interaction.

i really liked how fast check-in process goes. also, the staff helped get my luggage into the taxi. plus, they gave me a wake up call when i needed it and they booked my taxi too.
the hallway had a slight smell.
