My stay was quite enjoyable overall. The suite I stayed in was well-organized and presented a good buffet experience. The hotel staff, though, seemed cold and not customer service oriented, which was a bit disappointing. However, the exemplary service by smiling and enthusiastic members made up for this flaw.
