i stayed here in january 2024 and the shuttle service was really fast! it gets me to the airport in no time. the staff are super friendly and efficient, i swear. the breakfast was okay.
the pool could use a little tidying, maybe.

the room was very clean (i stayed in a triple room lake view). the air conditioning worked very well. the free water in the room was a nice touch. the hotel also has a pool. i found the staff to be helpful and polite.
The breakfast was quite basic. More variety would be beneficial.

the hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the airport. it is also a short drive to the main town with 250bht each way for transport. there are no shops or restaurants within immediate walking distance.

the hotel offers a pool to use (though it might be small). in-room massages are available if you require relaxation. the rooms include minibars for drinks and snacks. free wifi is provided, although the connection can sometimes be intermittent.

The staff members are polite and helpful. They assist with luggage. airport transfers can be arranged through the hotel (joint transfer available). i received prompt responses when contacting the hotel. there is staff available to assist 24/7.

the hotel has an on-site restaurant, the food is good. there is also a welcome drink voucher for the restaurant (a nice plus). the breakfast has the basic choices, but lacks variety. there are no cold bottle of water for example at the reception.

the staff was friendly, helpful. breakfast had some choices and i found some food that i liked. my beautiful family room felt clean and was a decent size. airport transfer worked out well.
the area near the hotel felt a little isolated, it reminded me of a place that needed transport. our bathroom water pressure was low and a bit hard to use. the gym only had a few items so i did not get a full workout.
