I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a sofa bed, making the stay very cozy and accommodating. The service was exceptional, especially with prompt housekeeping and convenient commercial services available. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to the Kansai International airport. The dining with a view of Osaka Bay was a highlight, serving award-winning local meats. The facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious and convenient stay.
