direct access clean room helpful staff
I appreciated the direct access from the airport terminal. It made arrival so easy. my room was very clean, and i really liked how spacious it felt. the staff were helpful, answering all my questions promptly. i really enjoyed my stay.
the in-room dining options were quite limited late at night.

this hotel is directly connected to the airport, accessible via an indoor corridor. schiphol plaza is easily accessible, even in winter conditions. the train station is close, great for quick trips into the city center. it takes only about 13 minutes.

The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the bathroom a lot. It was quite large. The hotel is conveniently located at the airport.
The room service food was not good. Chicken wings were burned and cold. The burger was ok but also somewhat cold. I think it was overpriced for its quality.

perfect transit covered walkway rainy days
the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. it offers a perfect transit option. there is a walkway to the airport so walking outside is not necessary. this is very helpful on rainy days or during the winter.
i requested a toothbrush and toothpaste and had to wait for almost an hour. all i wanted was to brush my teeth, shower and go to sleep. poor tv channel selection was also disappointing.

decent stay near the airport
great location own walkway comfortable bed expensive minibar little privacy english language
the location is great. the hotel has its own walkway to the airport. you do not have to walk outside. this helped because it rained. the bed was comfortable.
the minibar was very expensive. breakfast tables are close together. this meant there was little privacy. i found it strange that only english was spoken.
