Excellent Airport Hotel Experience

connected room infrared heater thoughtful detail

The hotel offered a connected room that greatly improved comfort for my family. i found an infrared bathroom heater, a nice touch, as well as a complimentary large bottle of water in glass. i also received a hand-sized chocolate for each room upon checking out on christmas eve. A thoughtful detail.

my room was clean. the triple room included a comfortable sofa bed that functioned like a real bed. rooms on the fifth floor are accessible via a second elevator on the fourth floor.

the reception staff was polite. i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who arranged transportation. the restaurant staff was very helpful, always smiling and willing to assist with any questions i had.
