Hyatt Place Richmond Airport, Sandston

My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The rooms were large, very clean, and conveniently located near everything I needed. However, the door didn't lock properly, which was a bit concerning. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and even offering us fruit, dessert, and refreshments. The location was great, close to many restaurants and a shopping center, although it did get a bit rough after dark. The facilities were well-kept, offering everything I needed during my stay.
