Upon arrival, the room I booked wasn't available, but it was quickly resolved for the next day. The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. The only issue was a leaking bathtub base after showers. The staff were accommodating and friendly, although the space was a bit cramped. The location, while close to the airport, was not as advertised to be on the beach as expected. Dining options were minimal but adequate. Overall, a clean and updated room with friendly service, though not exactly as advertised in terms of location.

The hotel offers fresh and clean rooms, which were modern and nicer than many resort rooms I've stayed in. The breakfast delivery to the Presidential Suite was as expected, but it wasn't the cleanest. The service was exceptionally friendly, with staff going out of their way to assist. The location at the end of the Tampa International Airport runway was spacious and very comfortable, providing a nice view, though proper cleaning techniques could be improved. The dining experience was a bit disappointing with pricey options, and the facilities were well-equipped.
