fresh foodfriendly staff
my room was a superior double or twin room and it was great. breakfast had lots of choices and fresh, healthy food. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the location is really convenient, close to the airport and a shopping center!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Tatyana who assisted with my room upgrade. I received a welcome gift of fruit, a thoughtful touch. The hotel is very close to the airport. The taxi ride cost very little. Early check-in was allowed, something I greatly appreciated.
The room had a slight cigarette smoke odor, even though it was a non-smoking room.

The staff offered coffee and sweets upon my early arrival. A room upgrade was provided without additional cost. The guest relations manager upgraded my room to a spacious beautiful room, it was very kind.

The hotel features a gym, pool, sauna, and hamam included in the room price. The Turkish bath and steam room were super clean. The hotel offers easy parking right on site, very convenient.

The hotel is quite near to the airport. Viaport mall is also nearby. Several restaurants and supermarkets are located close to the hotel, I found them convenient.

i noticed the parking lot was somewhat narrow. it required careful maneuvering. this could pose a minor inconvenience for some drivers

The bar prices seemed high. I was surprised by the cost of a bottle of Heineken. The staff weren't able to assist in cancelling and changing my reservation to another day.

the gym did not open until 10am. i really wanted to use it before my flight. signage to the pool was poor. it took me forever to find it, and the pool area was already closed when i arrived.
