I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, which made my family feel comfortable, and the staff, especially Mr Emirhan and Ms. Cansel, were incredibly accommodating when we arrived late. However, it was quite chilly at night, which affected my comfort. The dining experience could definitely use improvement, as the food wasn't fresh, and the staff seemed frustrated with room service requests. Overall, the location is fantastic, being close to Sabiha Gokcen Airport and outlets, offering good value for money.
