The room was compact but comfortable. i walked to the s-bahn station in five minutes. the airport terminal was one stop away, it made my early flight much easier. there is a grocery store adjacent. I bought snacks for my trip.
i thought the staff responses were generic. they werent very helpful about local transport options.

the welcome drink was greatly appreciated after my long flight. i was able to check in early with no fuss. late check out was offered, it helped me manage my schedule.

breakfast had lots of choices, i found options to suit my dietary needs. the lobby bar offers snacks, there are also drinks available around the clock. there are some restaurants nearby, i found asian and italian options.

The bed was comfortable. There is a grocery store next door open late with a great selection of food.
The hotel did not have a US-EU adaptor. I found this odd for an airport hotel.

Super Hotel Experience!

Location was super convenient and had a supermarket close. The staff was friendly and offered a welcome drink. I found restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and that was nice. I really had a great time!
USB charging ports in the room did not work. The sink drain had a problem with clogging, a slight bummer.

I found the staff quite helpful, they provided excellent information regarding taxis. the price to the airport was only 15e using their recommendation. I appreciated that guidance!
The shower head was rather basic. It was hard to keep it in a fixed position
