The shuttle service was useful.
The minibar was supposedly included, but it was just an empty, dirty fridge. My room also had a disappointing view of an industrial area. The coffee tasted like weak tea. It certainly was not worth the price.

the room was super clean everything looked fresh and new the staff were cute and professional i booked the ride to the airport for the early flight it was arranged quickly. the free shuttle runs every few minutes to the airport i appreciated this service. the metro stop verdes is a short walk from the hotel i found this convenient.
the cafe americano tasted like tea it was a very weak coffee

the reception staff was very helpful. the hotel is very close to the metro station. it takes just a couple minutes to walk to the metro station, which connects to both the city and the airport. the shuttle to the airport was included, a great help on my departure day.
the bed was too hard for me. it was quite uncomfortable and it was hard to sleep well. also, the pillows were too fat, what didn't help at all to rest.

The rooftop had a pool. i found a rooftop terrace and was able to enjoy the weather there. the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport every half hour. You can book it at reception.

the staff provided quick support when my husband fell outside the hotel. they helped to check if he was okay. the staff was friendly and happy to help with everything we needed. they stored my luggage before check-in.
