The hotel wasn't what I expected from the photos online. The rooms had poor quality furniture and uncomfortable beds. Lack of information on breakfast and facilities. Smoky entrance due to staff smoking. Limited toiletries and cleanliness was an issue with dust everywhere. Service was understanding and helpful but not ideal regarding our charges. Location was convenient for the airport but not for us. Dining was average with cold dishes. Not the best in terms of facilities.
