Best Western Plus Richmond, Sandston

The hotel room was nice and seemed on par with BW hotels in general. However, it was being used as a playroom by three unsupervised little kids who, friendly as they were, were actively endangering themselves with inappropriate use of the equipment. Plus, it required one of us to use our computer sitting on the floor due to the limited furniture, with only one chair in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but there was a lack of seating, and some repairs were needed. The service, on the other hand, was excellent with friendly staff and prompt response to requests. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the airport and dining options. However, the overall condition of the property was not up to par, requiring attention. The dining provided different daily options but was considered over the top by some. Despite the drawbacks, I found value for money in my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was nice and capable, the noisy kids using the equipment in the room for two nights made it less enjoyable. The lack of USB ports was inconvenient. On the bright side, the location was convenient for airport access and the friendly staff made up for some of the shortcomings.
