This hotel really lives up to the Hilton name - clean rooms, friendly service, and a nice location. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay that needed attention.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, though I managed to get it at half price by booking on the official website just an hour later. The location was convenient, being close to the elevator. However, there were some service issues, as they never acknowledged my Hilton Honors status, and it seemed like they were struggling to keep up with the high demand. The staff, despite being courteous and friendly during our interactions, seemed to lack the personalized touch I expected.
