My stay at the Hampton Inn was pleasant overall. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, living up to the standard I expect from Hampton Inns. The service was excellent, with such great customer service that helped me with a plumbing problem promptly. The location was perfect for my needs, very close to my destination. However, the crowded breakfast area was a downside during my stay.

My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel is well-located with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable, but it had a strong unpleasant odor and the cleanliness felt questionable. The service was a bit hit or miss, with one staff member being friendly and helpful while another lacked empathy.
