Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport West Camp Creek Pkwy, College Park

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice, clean, and well-kept, but there was a noticeable smell of 'weed' and some dustiness, which was unexpected for a Hilton property. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff members were awesome, fun, and very helpful, there was also terrible communication from others. The location was convenient for walking to restaurants or getting a shuttle, but there were cleanliness issues in the pool area. The dining experience offered a nice selection of foods, but there were limited options at times, like cold sausage links. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities in one convenient location, making it a worthwhile stay. However, the room temperature control was an issue, being hot and stuffy after a shower and freezing at night. The cleanliness was a letdown; dirty sheets required a call for replacements, and trash left in the sofa bed was unpleasant.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room I stayed in was right next to the noisy elevator and had a persistent urine smell, I must admit that the service was top-notch with professional and friendly staff. The location was convenient, near restaurants and shopping spots. However, the dining options were lackluster, and the absence of maid service during my two-night stay was disappointing.
