The hotel is conveniently close to the airport with clean rooms and a pleasant crew. The service was wonderful, but waiting at the check-in line can be a drawback. The location is excellent for airport travelers, but options for dining nearby are limited. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the hotel was overloaded with unsupervised kids during meals. Overall, a good choice for a quick airport stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really large, clean, and new, but they felt pretty basic. Unfortunately, there were some issues like a non-working fridge, faulty outlets, and a dirty bathroom. On the plus side, our special request to have rooms next to each other was accommodated, which was amazing.

Additionally, there was no ice bucket or tray to hold coffee/tea items, and my blackout shade in the bedroom wasn't installed, which was disappointing.

The service provided was a bit of a rollercoaster. Initially, I was informed about sensitive keys, but then the customer service was exceptional. Particularly, the assistant manager and a front desk clerk provided great service, especially DeMarcus on the night shift. However, there was a negative change in attitude when we left some clothes behind.

The location seemed safe overall and was excellent for an overnight layover at DFW airport. Being so close to the airport was convenient, but for other activities, it was not the most ideal. The nearby entertainment options were a plus.
