the airport shuttle service was prompt (very important for early flights!). the staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. the breakfast selection included both hot and cold options. there was also free coffee available in the lobby.

the soundproofing could be better. i could hear some noise from the nearby street. the gym was quite small (i expected a larger space). it had limited equipment.
