My breakfast was amazing I had bacon eggs hashbrowns toast and wonderful coffee! Raquel gave excellent service she started my day off perfectly! The lobby looked beautiful the restaurants were convenient and the whole place was so clean! Reggie helped us with our luggage not once but twice he even brought us water and explained the area so well!
I noticed the room lacked waters glasses a refrigerator and a microwave I found it a bit small for a hotel I couldn't open the door several times and needed help.

The front desk provided quick assistance during check in with a very large line ensuring guests felt welcomed and valued. Housekeeping responded promptly to texts and fulfilled all requests including extra towels and toiletries! The concierge gave detailed travel tips.

The hotel location is very convenient. Free shuttle service to the airport operate 24/7. Mario were very kind and helpful .
The bathroom was small. It was difficult to get the shower to work. There was mold around the bathtub in room 6073.

I found the breakfast prior to departing very good. i chose the simple route with bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and toast. wonderful coffee. raquel provided excellent service. She helped make for a great start to the day.
the room i stayed in looked dated. half of the sockets weren't working, and some were hanging off the wall. i was unable to use the shower initially and had to ask reception for assistance.

the room was dated. many sockets were not working, some were hanging off the wall. i could not use the shower until i called reception and someone fixed it. there was a lot of noise and vibration every half hour or so.

The shuttle to the airport was prompt. It always arrived quickly, which I found useful. The room included a television with many channels. I also liked how close the hotel was to the airport.
The bathroom looked worn. The shower tiles had cracks. There was also noise at night. I could hear other guests in the hallway and it was distracting.
