The free shuttle to the airport was prompt and convenient. I found the staff very helpful and kind, even with some language differences (I really appreciated their patience!). The room was equipped with everything I needed.

I noticed a slight smell in the room upon arrival. It wasn't overpowering, but fresher air would have been better.

the hotel shuttle was convenient for my early morning flight! the room was clean and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. the on-site restaurant offered a tasty and convenient breakfast (i really loved the selection of fresh fruit!). i found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially when i needed assistance with directions.

The windows weren't completely soundproofed. I could hear some noise from the nearby airport.

The breakfast had great variety and an available cook prepared dishes. The hotel provides a frequent shuttle bus to and from the airport. It's a short walk to the metro station, about ten minutes. Upon arriving very early, I received my room immediately and even got an extra breakfast.

The hotel shuttle service to the airport was quick. The staff were very helpful. They quickly addressed my queries. The room had good cleanliness and comfortable amenities. I found the breakfast to have a good selection (especially the wonton soup!).
