A GOOD stay near the airport!

shuttle service easy check-in pleasant staff

I was happy with how close the hotel was to the airport. The shuttle service ran every 30 minutes and operated 24 hours a day, GREAT. Check-in was easy, and the staff were pleasant. The onsite restaurant was moderately priced. It offered adequate food.

The lobby had an UGLY appearance, and I did not enjoy the smell. Sofas smelled especially bad. There was too much light.

This hotel offers convenient access to the airport, less than ten minutes away. A UP Express train provides an affordable and short ride to downtown. Shuttle drivers give helpful directions to catch the train and return to the hotel.

The shuttle service worked wonders!!! it was so convenient for getting to and from the airport. the driver was punctual and very helpful with my luggage. the beds in my standard room were very comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

my friend and i needed a place close to the airport. the front desk staff was really good, especially brian, who ensured i was served promptly. i had a fantastic meal at yyz bistro located on the main floor including pizza and burgers. the comfortable beds assured a good night's sleep. access to parking required a room key increasing the sense of security.

i noticed no complimentary water in the room, and shower shoes were unavailable. this meant i needed to purchase all necessities from the hotel shop.

the check-in was smooth, with the staff providing all necessary information clearly! the shuttle service to the airport was efficient and punctual ensuring timely transportation. concierge services were readily available to address inquiries.
