My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small for a suite, need renovations, and felt dirty and uncomfortable, with a huge gap between the door letting in all noise and light. The service was a mix of very rude encounters and helpful assistance like directing me to the correct shuttle. The location, while good for airport access and some nearby amenities, was questionable due to noise and its age. The dining experience was subpar with items frequently running out and unappealing coffee, but the cold dishes were decent. Despite the flaws, the shuttle assistance was helpful, although the hotel could use some love and maintenance.
