Leonardo Hotel Hamburg Airport, Hamburg

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room had big windows with a nice courtyard view, but it was uncomfortably hot and smelled of smoke. Despite that, it was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfy. The service was accommodating and friendly, especially considering the heatwave. The location was convenient for city exploration but lacked some expected class. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a decent breakfast selection. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.

The hotel offers spacious and very clean rooms with nice amenities. The bar and facilities are good, and having complimentary coffee and croissants while waiting for the shuttle service is a plus. However, being above the outside smoking area made it impossible to keep the window open for fresh air due to the overwhelming smell of cigarettes.
