inconsistent showers, but okay location
inconsistent temperature shower temperature
The location worked well because i didn't want to go to the city center anyway. I would book it again.
The water in the shower fluctuated between cold and hot. It was not a comfortable experience. i found myself constantly adjusting the temperature. this made showering quite annoying.

train station helpful staff useful information
the hotel's proximity to the train station was a big plus. the s-bahn made getting around easy. i also appreciated the friendly front desk staff. they helped with directions and provided useful information.
the hotel lacked nearby restaurants. i had to walk a few blocks to find grocery options.

the hotel is right next to the grünbergallee train stop. this made access to the airport and the central station simple. it was super easy to travel.

seedy area disengaged staff
The room was not cleaned daily. I had to request new towels. The staff did not automatically change bed linens after three nights. This should be standard. The surrounding area felt a bit seedy, a fact I found disappointing. The drink prices in the lobby were quite high. The staff seemed disengaged.
