Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Pittsburgh Airport, Robinson Township (Allegheny County)

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but comfortable, although there was a strong smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke that lingered. The service, especially during the night shift, was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, but the styling was outdated. The dining options were limited, and the breakfast didn't meet my expectations.

The hotel was fantastic for what we came there to do; convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were small but super clean, and the renovation made them fantastic and comfortable. The service missed cleaning our room one day, but they were ready to clean despite a language barrier. The dining experience was disappointing with limited options, and the coffee was bad. The location was very nice, close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants.

The hotel rooms were very cute, cozy, and clean but smaller than what I had reserved. The service was not rude but not welcoming either, with some staff going above and beyond while others were on the phone during check-in. The location was great, surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants, despite slight congestion due to nearby construction. The dining experience was average with continental options but could have been better with more variety. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with a convenient location at a decent value.
