varied option free storage useful equipment sitting area
i found the breakfast buffet offered many options, and the sitting area was good. free luggage storage was available after checkout, helpful for my late flight. the gym had useful equipment like treadmills.
The shuttle bus pick-up point from the airport was quite confusing and not clearly indicated. I had to ask multiple staff for directions

bathroom ceiling mould dripping air conditioner
the public transport was very easy to access near the building.
the food was not worth the cost. there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the air conditioner dripped water continuously. no one was present at the lobby bar.

I found the breakfast quite pleasant. They offered gluten-free options, a great bonus. The check-in process was fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The organized shuttle was not on time. I waited longer than expected, and it caused a slight delay reaching the airport.

An Acceptable Stay Near the Airport
free parking tram access decent room unprepared bed limited help missing bedding
The room was a decent size. I got free parking near the entrance! The tram to the city center was easy to access. I took tram number 27 after a five-minute walk.
The sofa bed was not prepared. I asked for assistance, but staff said it was too late and no one could help. I was told bedding would be brought, but nobody came! I had to take sheets from the bed and share them.

i found the free parking near the entrance very convenient. the nearby tram stop provided easy access to the city center. the executive room upgrade i received included a welcome drink voucher, which i appreciated after a long day.
