bathroom cleanliness strange smell
The staff member I encountered at the station acted quite grumpy. I found a strange smell lingered in the room, a detail I tried to overlook. the bathroom cleanliness became a major issue. There was long black hair present, the bidet buttons showed dirt, the toilet paper holder had a dirty screen, and the bathtub smelled like urine. The walls also seemed improperly cleaned. I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this price in Japan.

train station premium outlet free shuttle
i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. it was very easy to get to the rinku premium outlet for shopping. a free shuttle to the airport was available. the hotel's location was perfect for my travel needs.
The room was too warm for me. Even though the temperature outside was cool. i contacted the front desk. They informed me the temperature was centrally controlled. they sent a fan up to my room as a solution. I found this inconvenient.

adequate stay near airport
airport shuttle bus early flight lovely view clogging drain sticky stuff uncomfortable bed
i liked the shuttle bus, it goes to kansai international airport. it's perfect when you have early flights. i did see a photo with a schedule too. the room was on 21f, it gave a lovely view.
the room felt dirty with hair clogging the drain. the toilet had smells, and sticky stuff sat on the bedside table. the room was so hot and stuffy i can't explain it enough. beds felt uncomfortable too.

The location was perfect as I had an early flight. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport, which only took about ten minutes. A convenience store is conveniently located on the same floor as the lobby. I found it handy for getting late-night snacks.

amazing stay close to the airport!
shuttle bus train station morning flight
the hotel is conveniently near rinku premium outlet! it is accessible to the train station. getting to the airport is super easy because a shuttle bus is available, especially for morning flights. plus, i could easily hop on the train the next morning!
The sofa bed was surprisingly hard. It was not comfy like the other hotels i stayed at!

The location was really convenient as it was very close to the airport. i liked that there was a free shuttle service to the terminal, which saved me time and money. the views from the room were amazing. I could see the surrounding areas.
i noticed that the sound insulation was not very good, as i could hear noise from neighboring rooms. this made it somewhat difficult to sleep peacefully.
