The hotel's free shuttle made reaching it from terminal a so easy. It took only fifteen minutes. The breakfast was quite good. I found the variety satisfying. I found the staff helpful and friendly. The room was clean. It had comfortable beds.
The room needed a shower cap in the bathroom. It was not available.

Breakfast includes a variety of options. I spotted fruits, pastries, and hot dishes, all well-prepared. The restaurant area is spacious with plenty of seating. It easily accommodated all guests. The staff kept the buffet clean and well-stocked. It was a pleasant experience.

The family room included comfortable beds. We had plenty of space for luggage. There was tea and coffee available in the room. It was convenient for early mornings. The room was non-smoking and very quiet. I could relax properly.

The hotel is very close to the airport. I reached it quickly using the free shuttle. I could get to exit 7 in just fifteen minutes. It was very convenient. The hotel also provides transport to Yas Island. It's a great perk.

The free airport shuttle was very useful. It ran frequently (approximately every 30 minutes). i also appreciated the rooftop areawith a relaxing space with provided towels.
The shower's water pressure was a bit low. It took some time to rinse properly.

The free airport shuttle was prompt. The restaurant staff displayed really good helpfulness! The buffet dinner offered a wide selection. The late hours of the buffet dinner, till 10:30 pm, were very convenient for my schedule.
The shower pressure was lower than I prefer, though it was adequate.

the shuttle situation was a jOke. waited an hour at the airport after arrival because it only runs hourly at night. then, when i finally got to the room, there was no hot water. cold shower at 1 AM? no thanks!!

shuttle difficultyunreliable transportation
I had some issues with the airport shuttle. it was difficult to locate the pickup point and i had to wait quite a while. also, the shuttle back to the airport in the morning was full. I needed to get a taxi as a result.
